There is always one topic that disturbs us greatly when working with business owners. • If an agreement is not in place, some businesses suffer failure if one of the partners should die prematurely.

• Many business owners don’t really know what the value of their business is because they have never had a business valuation done.
• Typically  Buy-Sell Agreements are funded through Life Insurance Policies.
